GLOUCESTER — Priscilla F. Knowles, 40, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at her home, following an extended illness.
Born in Gloucester on June 24, 1967, she was the daughter of the late James R. "Chubby" and Virginia A. (Cooper) Knowles. A lifelong resident of Gloucester, she was a graduate of Gloucester High School, Class of 1985.
Priscilla was employed as a waitress at Lee's Restaurant and the Breakfast Nook in Gloucester for many years.
She enjoyed traveling and loved her many cats. She was always putting her family and friends first. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother, James R. Knowles Jr. of Gloucester, her sister, Laura A. Martin of Manchester, N.H., a niece, Amanda C. Knowles of Gloucester, a nephew, Dylan J. Knowles of Manchester, N.H., a great-nephew, Zachary Knowles of E. Boston, a soon to be born, great-niece, Juilianna M. Knowles, an aunt and uncle, Carol and George Spilak of Vermont, many cousins and dear friends, Michele Strong, Grant Mitchell, Marybeth Ingersoll, Lisa Aptt, Michael Trenholm and Maryellen Feener, all of Gloucester.
